As a company, we have been continually monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and its effects on our employees, suppliers and customers.

Due to the increasing spread of coronavirus, we would like to update you on the impact of the virus on shipping and delivery services. Unfortunately at this time, there are major restrictions in postal services to the following countries: United States, India, Korea, Lebanon, Maldives, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand and South Africa. For all other countries, there are major delays to the delivery of shipments that are beyond our control. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this causes at present.
